La compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 entre toutes les parties prenantes, ainsi que la collaboration public-priv\u00e9-acad\u00e9mique d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9prouv\u00e9e, constituent un atout majeur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La double pr\u00e9sence marocaine (FIG + EG-LAM)  au Cap pourrait  offrir une opportunit\u00e9 unique de coh\u00e9rence et d\u2019influence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>En conclusion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9union du Cap n\u2019est pas une r\u00e9union technique de plus. Elle pose les bases de l\u2019architecture institutionnelle qui accompagnera la gouvernance fonci\u00e8re africaine pour les prochaines ann\u00e9es.<br \/>Le Hub foncier doit devenir un v\u00e9ritable instrument de souverainet\u00e9, d\u2019innovation et de transformation pour l\u2019Afrique. L\u2019Afrique a les exp\u00e9riences.
