AfricaGIS 2025  sous le th\u00e8me : <strong>Harnessing geospatial intelligence for Africa\u2019s sustainable and resilient future.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Maroc accueillera en mars 2026 la 58\u00e8me session de la la Conf\u00e9rence de la CEA des ministres africains des finances, de la planification et du d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique, du 25 au 31 Mars 2026 \u00e0 Tanger, et traitera le theme \u201c<strong>Growth through innovation: Harnessing data and frontier technologies for Africa\u2019s economic transformation\u201d.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;examine dans ce blog la relation entres ces deux \u00e9v\u00e8nements, sous les aspects : financement, iclusion, \u00e9valuation, et communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une \u00e9tape d\u00e9cisive : le Maroc, \u00e9lu pr\u00e9sident du bureau ex\u00e9cutif de l\u2019UN-GGIM: Africa, a plac\u00e9 au c\u0153ur des d\u00e9bats la question du financement de la r\u00e9alisation des strat\u00e9gies nationales g\u00e9ospatiales et leurs plans d&rsquo;actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanger 2026, avec la 58 Conf\u00e9rence des ministres de la CEA, prolonge cette dynamique, en inscrivant l\u2019innovation et les technologies de pointe dans le cadre de la transformation \u00e9conomique africaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>UN-GGIM: Africa 11 : La cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 par le financement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;un des d\u00e9fis majeurs du comit\u00e9 r\u00e9gional UN-GGIM : Africa,  est le financement de la r\u00e9alisation des strat\u00e9gies nationales G\u00e9ospatiales et leurs plans d&rsquo;action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceci passe par :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c9valuation financi\u00e8re<\/strong> : pilier compl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation des objectifs et impacts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transparence<\/strong> : publication des budgets et m\u00e9canismes de financement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coh\u00e9rence<\/strong> : alignement des financements avec les priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inclusivit\u00e9<\/strong> : consultation des parties prenantes sur les choix budg\u00e9taires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Indicateurs<\/strong> : disponibilit\u00e9 et mise en (Tanger).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gouvernance inclusive<\/strong> : participation multiacteurs et plaidoyer cibl\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leadership marocain<\/strong> : diplomatie, technique et vision strat\u00e9gique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alignement continental<\/strong> : Agenda 2063 et ODD comme cadre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Partenariats r\u00e9gionaux<\/strong> : r\u00f4le des CER (CEDEAO,UEMOA, CEEAC, CEMAC, COMESA, EAC, UMA, SADC) et coop\u00e9ration Sud\u2013Sud\/triangulaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Implications pour l\u2019Afrique<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;implication de cette  relation th\u00e9matique et continuit\u00e9:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul pour renforcer la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 des politiques publiques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Favoriser les partenariats public\u2013priv\u00e9 et la coop\u00e9ration chantier de la strat\u00e9gie fonci\u00e8re nationale au Maroc. Me r\u00e9f\u00e9rant a l&rsquo;inclusion de toutes les parties prenantes des secteurs publics, priv\u00e9, acad\u00e9mique et soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En illustration, la trajectoire africaine d\u00e9montre que la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 par le financement et la soutenabilit\u00e9 par l\u2019innovation ne sont pas des \u00e9tapes s\u00e9par\u00e9es, mais les deux faces
