This initiative may converge with the future <em>Global Geospatial Ecosystem Centre of Excellence<\/em> in Saudi Arabia, alongside hubs in Deqing and Bonn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gaps &amp; Asymmetries<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike other regional committees, UN-GGIM: Europe and UN-GGIM: AS lack dedicated working groups on cadastre and land . This absence highlights the need for a more inclusive, interregional architecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Africa\u2019s Strategic Leverage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Morocco, through its leadership of the UN-GGIM: Africa Working Group on Land Administration, is well-positioned to propose a <strong>South\u2013North hybrid model<\/strong>. This model would integrate African land realities, reform trajectories, and technical expertise into global frameworks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategic Priorities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Embed African use cases into FELA and IGIF Frameworks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid institutional duplication by aligning existing hubs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote coherence between normative frameworks, tools, and field experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Actors<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ANCFCC<\/strong>: National leader in land registration, cadastre, and cartography<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private sector of <strong>ONIGT<\/strong>, active member of regional and global  Surveying federations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why It Matters<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This emerging architecture is not just technical\u2014it\u2019s geopolitical.
