{"id":13696,"date":"2025-06-02T20:00:48","date_gmt":"2025-06-02T19:00:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gtopic.net\/blog\/?p=13696"},"modified":"2025-08-11T18:16:29","modified_gmt":"2025-08-11T17:16:29","slug":"le-classement-du-maroc-au-gki-readiness-index-2025-resultat-dun-secteur-geospatial-national-cloisonne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gtopic.net\/blog\/2025\/06\/02\/le-classement-du-maroc-au-gki-readiness-index-2025-resultat-dun-secteur-geospatial-national-cloisonne\/","title":{"rendered":"Le classement du Maroc au GKI Readiness Index 2025, r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;un Secteur G\u00e9ospatial National cloisonn\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce blog je vais essayer d&rsquo;expliquer l&rsquo;une des raisons du recul du Maroc dans le classement Geospatial Knowledge Infrastructure (GKI) Readiness Index 2025 \u00e0 la place 63, en comparaison avec la place 60 du GeoBuiz 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fondements m\u00e9thodologiques de l&rsquo;index composite sont fournis dans le document publi\u00e9 par Geospatial World.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/geospatialworld.net\/consulting\/reports\/gki-readiness-index\/2025\">https:\/\/geospatialworld.net\/consulting\/reports\/gki-readiness-index\/2025<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A signaler que l&rsquo;une des composantes de la m\u00e9thodologie, est le questionnaire que doivent renseigner les Agences Nationales de Cartographie des 75 pays s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pour le classement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le GKI Readiness Index 2025<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le classement du Maroc dans le document cit\u00e9 ci-dessus  fournit les d\u00e9tails des scores relatifs aux indicateurs des cinq piliers de l&rsquo;Index.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">A noter les classements dans les piliers: Political Landscap (73), Industrial Ecosystem (69), User adoption (66), et Institutional Capacity (65). Ceux ci rel\u00e8vent des voies strat\u00e9giques Gouvernance et Ressources Humaines du cadre UN-IGIF alors que le pilier Infrastructure (53) se rapporte aux voies strat\u00e9giques de la
